It most recent projects consist of the following free to the public.
She Builds a Vineyard(TM): A Mentoring Program for Women and Teenage Girls. Provides therapeutic services (coaching and counseling) and self-care strategies empowering the lives of women and teenage girls. Its core is self-care utilizing rest, meditation, diet & exercise to reduce emotional and behavioral stress. Also, it assists in the areas of personal growth, professional development, family enrichment, financial development or budgeting, physical and mental health and spiritual development. Certified professional coaching, certified fitness training, and certified sports nutrition are also offered to assist in helping participants to meet their goals. Young Black Men Health Forum. Provide support educating young black men on self-care with a focus on physical and mental health. Assist in helping them build ways to make positive contributions to society which reduces violence among our male youth. (2023)
Community Fitness Boot-camp. Provide an 8-week community fitness free to the public. (2021, 2022 & Partnership 2023)
Self-Care for Middle and High School Students: Provide seminar to discuss stress, observation for peer behavior and encouragement. (2022)
Bodily Movement: Provided workshop for elders on the importance of bodily movement and engaged in physical activities. (2021)
Caring For Our Neighbor during COVID-19. Made and delivered masks to the elders in the local community. Educated elders on social distancing and how to protect themselves, being attentive to those coughing and with fevers. (2020)
The Vineyard - an educational television, podcast, or social media program that enables individuals and community organizations to share their stories or information to make the community a better place. The program enables an intern program for college students who are interested in business and mass communication (broadcasting, public relations, marketing, etc.) as their career choice. (2013-2017)
